LEINSAMENÖL

Das Öl entstand aus ausgesuchten und hochqualitativen Leinsamen. Dank dem natürlichen kalten Pressprozess behält das Öl die vollständigen biologischen und nahrhaften Eigenschaften. Das Leinsamenöl ist eine Quelle der ?-Linolensäure und der Linolsäure, die zu den notwendigen ungesättigten Fettsäuren (EFA) zählen. Die ?-Linolensäure und die Linolsäure sind für den richtigen Cholesterinspiegel im Blut verantwortlich. Die unabdingbaren ungesättigten Fettsäuren sind für das richte Wachstum und Entwicklung der Kinder notwendig. Damit das Leinsamenöl gute Effekte in Ihrem Leben bewirkt, soll es als Bestandteil des täglichen ausgewogenen Diäts betrachtet werden. Gute Effekte erreicht man bei dem täglichen Verzehr von 2g der ?-Linolensäure (ALA-Säure) und dem täglichen Verzehr von 10g der Linolsäure (LA). Anwendung: Leinsamenöl soll ausschließlich kalt verwendet werden, in der Menge 1-2 Löffel täglich. Es eignet sich nicht zum Braten und zum Erhitzen. Das Öl kann einzeln oder als Zusatz zu Salaten, Rohkost, Backwaren und Quark verwendet werden. Es eignet sich hervorragend für die Diät Dr. Budwig. Es enthält 57 g der ?-Linolensäure (Omega 3) und 15 g der Linolsäure (Omega 6) pro 100 g des Produkts.
