Leinöl mit Basilikumgeschmack ist ideal für schnelle Zubereitung von kalten Speisen im Stil der italienischen Küche. Der wunderbare Basilikumgeschmack im Leinöl ist ein fertiges Rezept für einen Salat oder für die Snacks. Unser Leinöl verleiht den Gerichten einen südlichen Charakter. Dieses Leinöl wurde aus den besten und gründlich ausgelesenen Leinsamen produziert. Es enthält alle wertvollen biologischen und nahrhaften Sameneigenschaften dank dem natürlichen Kaltpressungsprozess. Leinöl ist eine Quelle der Alpha-Linolen und Linolsäure, die zu den essentiellen Fettsäuren (EFA) gehören. Diese essentiellen Fettsäuren halten den Cholesterinspiegel im Blut auf einem normalen Niveau. Leinöl bringt positive Ergebnisse für die Gesundheit nur dann, wenn es ein unentbehrlicher Teil der täglichen Diät ist. Es ist empfehlenswert, 2 Gramm Alpha-Linolensäure (ALA) und 10 Gramm Linolsäure (LA) täglich zu verzehren.
Verbrauchsempfehlung: Man soll ca. 1-2 EL Leinöl täglich verzehren. Es soll nur kalt serviert werden. Leinöl kann man als separate Mahlzeit oder als Zusatz zu Salaten, Rohkost, Gebäcken, Quark essen. Es eignet sich für die Budwig-Diät. Dieses Produkt enthält pro 100 Gramm: 57 Gramm Alpha-Linolensäure (Omega-3) und 15 Gramm Linolsäure (Omega-6).
