RAPSÖL

Das Rapssamenöl entstand aus sorgfältig ausgesuchtem und hochqualitativem Raps. Dank dem natürlichen kalten Pressprozess behält das Öl die vollständigen biologischen und nahrhaften Eigenschaften der Körner, aus den es hergestellt wurde. Es ist eine reichhaltige Quelle der notwendigen ungesättigten Fettsäuren (NNKT), darunter der Omega-3-Fettsäuren, die für den richtigen Cholesterinspiegel im Blut verantwortlich sind. Es eignet sich hervorragend für Soßen, Rohkost und Salaten. Damit das Rapsöl gute Effekte in Ihrem Leben bewirkt, soll es als Bestandteil des täglichen ausgewogenen Diäts betrachtet werden. Gute Effekte erreicht man bei dem täglichen Verzehr von 2g der ?-Linolensäure (ALA-Säure). Es enthält 9 g Omega-3-Fettsäuren pro 100 g des Produkts.
Anwendung: Das Rapsöl soll kalt verwendet werden in der Menge von ca. 2 Löffel täglich. Es kann als Zusatz zu Salaten, Soßen, Ölen mit Geschmack verwendet werden.
